If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within a reasonable timeframe with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final unless the product is defective on arrival. If a fault is confirmed, we will organise a replacement or another suitable resolution. Damages exclude normal wear and tear, incorrect washing, drying, and keeping.
Marine Apparel ships all orders from Sydney using Australia Post. Domestic orders are dispatched with standard or express services depending on your selection at checkout. Delivery times vary by region, but most metro areas receive parcels within a few business days once dispatched. International shipping is available. Rates are significantly higher than domestic options, and delivery times depend on the destination country’s postal network and customs clearance.
